TRIBUN-BALI.COM, BADUNG- Pamong Praja Police in Badung, Bali, warned a night club named Sky Garden to stop their operational. This serious warning address to them because the management did not proses their operational permit which expired on 16 January 2019.

That night club was operated under PT ESC Urban Food Station as the owner. The management told police this issue happened because there is a shifting management proses. The new one does not know if the operation permit is expired.

“They dont not know if the operational permit is expired because the management is changed. Once we went there, they said that they just realize it that the operational permit was expired on January 16 2019,” said The Head of Pamong Praja Police of Badung, IGAK Suryanegara to Tribun Bali, Monday (18/3/2019).

“We put a sticker to warn them to close their operational temporarily. It needs a process refer to The Head of Badung Regency Decision Letter,” he added.

Suryanegara explained his team deliver a letter of warning number : 64/774/Ganda and Perkasa/Sat. Pol PP dated 13 March 2019. It stressed three points : Sky Garden have to turn off all of their Videotron advertisement because it breaks the rule The Head of Badung Regulations Number 80 year 2014 about advertisement permit.

Refers to Regional Regulations Number 2 Year 2012 about tourism, article 39 paragraph 2 letter a, Sky Garden have to shut its operational down. If Sky Garden keep doing its business, then they have to face a law.

“This warning is according to the regulation and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The most important is we do educate them. This moment Sky Garden management tried to solve their internal problem. But we want them to give us the prove that they do really proses their permit because we saw they recently put a new advertisement,” he explained.
