DJ Adam’s Family Declines Autopsy

TRIBUN-BALI.COM, DENPASAR - The corpse of Adam Gery Neat (43), well known as DJ Adam, arrived at Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali on Sunday (5/5) at 06.00 PM. South Kuta Police Officer asked for a further investigation.

According on the official statement of Sanglah Hospital Forensic Doctor, dr. Ida Bagus Putu Alit, SpFM (K), DFM, it says there are bruise on his face and knee, deep wound on his elbow crease.

“According on the signs of his death, he died less than 8 hours before we check it. We checked the wounds,” dr. Alit stated in his office room in Sanglah Hospital.

A deep wound on his elbow cress cause his blood vessels broken and bleeding. The cause is a sharp object, as mentioned by the police that they found a broken glass door.

dr. Alit added, doctor of Sanglah Hospital only checked the outside part because the family of DJ Adam declines autopsy.

“His family declines autopsy because it is clear that this is an incident. So, police officers allow to not doing autopsy. His corpse handed to his family to send to his country,” explained dr. Alit.

He also mentioned that when the corpse of DJ Adam brought out of Sanglah Hospital to RSAD Udayana, Denpasar, Bali, on Monday (6/5) at 06.00 PM, the family was not there yet. Therefore the hospital only did coordination to police officers.

According on the statement of officers at funeral house, the corpse arrive on Monday night.

“There are about 6 people came to take his corpse. I did not really count it. As I know, there are his family, and his father was also here,” said Ian, the staff of funeral house who handled DJ Adam’s corpse.

The family brought the corpse to Mumbul, Jimbaran, Badung, Tuesday (7/5) at 08.00 AM for the cremation.

“This morning at 08.00 Am, they took him and brought the corpse for a cremation in Mumbul. But I don’t know what will they do with the ash,” Ian added. (*)
