Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Khusus Ngurah Rai merilis kasus deportasi terhadap lima WNA asal Kongo, Uganda dan Nigeria di lantai 3 Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Khusus Ngurah Rai, Jalan Raya Taman Jimbaran No 1, Kutsel, Badung, Jumat (22/3/2019). 

TRIBUN-BALI.COM, BADUNG- Immigration Officer Class 1 Ngurah Rai, Bali deport 9 tourist from Uganda, Congo and Madagascar.

They suspected for doing prostitution in Kuta and overstay.

The Head of Immigration Office Class 1, Amran Aris said six of nine had been deported and the rest are still on proses of administration to be deported.

He is also processing administration to deport another tourist who overstay and another one who does not have any passport.

“Now there are five people are still in the prison and the rest had been deported to their own country,” he said at the 3rd floor Immigration Office Class 1 Ngurah Rai, Jalan Raya Taman Jimbaran No 1, South Kuta, Badung, Friday (22/3/2019).

Those who over stay are SOK from Kongo (overstay 4 years 3 month), BE from Uganda (overstay 334 days), CKN from Nigeria (does not have passport and ID Card) and JOO from Nigeria (overstay 251 days).

Amran said one of them did prostitution in Legian, Kuta.

According the information collected, the society feel uncomfortable with their behaviour.

Immigration officer then communicate and work together with the Head of Kuta Village to arrest them.

“Some people who live there feel uncomfortable with their act. In fact, after we checked, they overstay and suspected doing prostitution in Legian at about 03.00 AM, once there are many tourist got drunk, then they offer the service,” he said.

He added, his team will keep control all the foreigners who did prostitution in Bali.

“We will keep our eye on them. Most of them escape from Jakarta and then go from one place to another place in Bali. In another hand, to go into their ‘community’, it is quite difficult and dangerous, and easy to be detected. But we will do it in a smooth way,” he emphasize. (*)
