International and Illegal fishers target Indonesia as the main prey for their action.

It is because Indonesia has 3 million square kilometers Economic Exclusive Zone (EEZ) which puts it on the 7th rank with the largest EEZ in the world as from the total of 3.25 million square kilometers of Indonesian water.
