Graffiti, in some areas, can reflect the culture and identity of a community because every community has its own uniqueness and this can be shown in graffiti.

Not all graffiti is bad and shows vandalism, as long as it has artistic value, graffiti is a form of art and gives a nice atmosphere in a rural community.
